((ASDFGHJKKL. So all my work just got baleeted. Damnit. I'm just going to post the basics again, because otherwise I'mma kill puppies.
Faizah/Topaz: Change what you want, this is just complete fabrication. I placed everyone but the weyrlings randomly and by what their profiles said about personality.
I pretty much made it up based on Selenitas' format and whatever popped into my head at 5 am...now six am. Jeebus.
Topaz- if you could set the weyrlings up by age? Alpha Wing- 6mos and up, Beta wing 6mos and down. I know it's a little arbitrary, but it seems best. ))
Wings of Rocky Weyr
The Wings of Rocky Weyr are naturally small, normally containing three to six members in all. The main three wings are spearated by the abilities and natural skillsets of the dragons, while there are two specialized wings; One acting as the leadership's wing, specializing in diplomacy and leadership, and one acting as the Elite and veteran wing for experienced and riders with specializations in skills. There are also currently two Weyrling wings.
Noble Skies Wing
The Noble Skies wing is the forst specialized wing, acting as the diplomatic, problem-solving, and leadership wing, as well as the main command wing in charge of leadership of the Weyr and the surveillance and protection of the Weyr proper. Run by either the Weyrleader (or the Weyrwoman /Jr Weyrwoman, or weyrsecond) as based on the current leadership of the Weyr, it is the public face of Rocky Weyr, as it were, the riders assigned to this wing are the ones who deal with the Governmental and Military sponsors of the Weyr on Earth, and who act as the diplomats and ambassadors to Pern.
Riders and dragons in this wing are blessed with understanding, temperance, reliability, intelligence, and patience. They are calm and collected in a crisis, and oftentimes Wingleaders or Wingseconds are pulled from another wing due to their leadership skills as needed, on a temporary basis.
*This wing is suited for leaders, riders with calm attitudes and patience, and who can deal with a crisis, and dragons who are calm, reliable, and open and trusting of others. This is also a suitable wing for those dragons or riders have difficulties or restrictions that keep them from extended flights, strenuous training or physical exertion, or those who's disabilities and defects may keep them from serving in a fighting or scouting wing.*
***This wing is often paired with and trains with the Infinite Valor wing due to Rocky's naturally small wing sizes, and the prerequisites needed to be assigned to either wing.

Infinite Valor Wing
The Infinite Valor wing is the elite wing of sorts, and it is comprised of those who are tasked with the management, upkeep, and protection of the Weyr, but comprised mainly of older or experienced riders with no less than a full two to five years of experience with a fully matured dragon; in other words, it is unlikely a weyrling will be placed here. Those in this wing are strong of heart and mind, not afraid of a challenge, enjoy overcoming obstacles, and are brave and honorable. They protect the Weyr itself from intruders and hardship.
*This is a wing suitable for experienced riders and dragons only, who have completed all weyrling training and served in another wing (wether at Rocky or elsewhere) at least long enough to have full knowledge of all techniques, skills, and formations a Wing may have to execute, as well as having knowledge of working as a unit. Riders must prove themselves to be placed here, and the decision is made by the Weyrleader and Weyrwoman along with the current Wingleader.*

Eternal Flight Wing
The Eternal Flight wing is the distance, endurance, and scouting-based wing. Members of this wing often are tasked with the long flights scouting the mountainsides and forests surrounding the Weyr, and they must be skilled flyers. Riders/Dragons in this wing are dilligent, resourceful, persistent, careful, and thorough. This wing also flies the odd and unusual missions, including the solo flights and the nocturnal schedule flights. They are swift, agile and resourceful. This wing also doubles as a surveillance wing, keeping tabs on the surrounding area and keeping an eye on the weather. They practice all of the basic drills between scouting flights, though the main focus is aerial maneuvers and aerial rescues, dragon-to-dragon rider transfers, and obstacle courses, both aerial and grounded.
*This wing is suited for dragons with disabilities that require them to fly at odd hours, fly alone, or who cannot meet the normal requirements of the other wings. They still must be able to travel, either by wing or foot, for a good distance.*

Timeless Honor Wing
The Timeless Honor wing is the most basic of all Rocky's wings. Functioning almost exactly like any wing on Pern, this wing practices every threadfighting technique and aerial maneuver. They train in threadfighting drills, physical conditioning, aerial maneuvers and practice/tactics, as well as individual hand-to-hand combat training, aerial rescues, and working as a unit. At the same time, they practice all sorts of offensive and defensive maneuvers suited to different situations unique to Earth.
*Riders/Dragons in this wing must be willing to train, be dilligent, efficient, and willing to learn. It is suited for dragons of any sort, so long as they are capapble of handling the training.*

Wingriders:
Absolute Justice Wing
This wing is considered to be the most ragtag of the wings. It caters to those riders and dragons who are not able to fit into any other wing due to whatever restriction they may have, and focuses on developing specific skills and techniques for each individual. It is very likely that many placed in this wing will eventually move on to one of the other wings when they have developed ways of working with their disability or defect. Riders in this wing must be creative, willing to fail, interested in solving and working around problems, and they must, above all, not give up. If a rider/dragon pair chooses not to move on to another wing, then they become a member of the Absolute Justice wing permanently, and they begin to develop wing-specific drills to ensure that each dragon can work with each of his or her wingmates with no issue.
*This is a wing focused on dragons with disabilties that cause them to be unable to function in the other wings. It is a wing that is suited for dragons with severe handicaps, such as blindness, missing limbs, or other such defects that could hinder the dragon. It is also a wing suited for pairs that have prolems with each other, or need to build trust and self-confidence.*
