Name: T'sai (T-sigh) formerly Tulasai Keal (Tool-ah-sigh K-eel)

Appearance: T'sai is tall (about 5'9) with a broad build. His hair is a dark brown that is kept cropped short in an almost military way. His skin is a light olive with a large white splatter birthmark on his left forearm and a large scar on his back running from his left shoulder down to his right hip in a looping erratic pattern. His eyes are a rare hazel with prominent dark blue irises and flecks of dark brown.

Personality: T'sai is a very rigid guy. His discipline and professional demeanor are often mistaken as aloofness. He is married to the rules and unless he feels the morals of the circumstance outweigh the crime, he will religiously adhere to them. At the same time, T'sai also manages a laid back attitude. Even while speaking formally, he will be slouched or leaning against something. When talking face to face, T'sai likes to meet peoples eyes and stands with his arms crossed. Because he has a bad habit of staring once he has your gaze, T'sai is a very disconcerting person to talk to.
History: T'sai's parents were fisherman from Cove Hold, but they died early in his life during a particularly violent storm off the peninsula off Southern Boll. After his stay with a negligent foster parent for a few years, T'sai wandered Pern Holdless. When, by an off chance, T'sai was Searched, he quickly agreed to stand at any Hatching if it meant he could finally have a place to belong. T'sai managed to Impress, but his dragon was born without one of its eyes. Since a dragon that lacked depth perception would become a liability during Thread fighting, proven when T'sai received a nasty threadscore across his back that almost killed him and left a permanent scar. As a result he was sent away to Rocky Weyr where he and his partner attempt to overcome their disability in peace.
Wanted Firelizard Color: T'sai doesn't have any desire for a firelizard at this moment. (If that's alright, of course. If he does need one, he'd take a blue.)

Dragon Defect/Injury: It will be half blind by birth defect. For some reason, T'sai's dragon was born without a right eye.
