IC Date: November 29th, 2012 IC Time: Midnight Virika was getting ready to leave the Infirmary, finally. She was simply waiting for Garrik and their daughter, Alexandria, to come and get her. The doctors had been very adament that she be escourted back to her room, even though Virisk was with her. But that didn't put a damper on her mood. After four months, she was being allowed to finally leave. And she couldn't be happier. She was mostly excited to spend some quality time with Garrik and Alexandria. And even David, since the kid had come back to Rocky with them. Virika vaguely wondered how he felt about being an uncle. It was a big change for the kid, with the loss of his parents and coming to Rocky. And now he had to share the attention of his elder brother with his neice. Virika was nervous about learning how David was doing with Alexandria. But she smiled once more, taking a seat as she finished packing. David had admitted to her a while back that he liked babies, so she shouldn't worry. Not to mention, as she had said before, she couldn't wait to see her small family. She wondered how much her daughter had grown in the months Virika had been stuck here...

Virika wouldn't have to wait long. Garrik had been keeping a close eye on her every day since the birth of their daughter, and when he had been told that she was finally being released, he could have squealed like a schoolgirl. He didn't, but he could have.
Carefully cradling Alexandria, he glanced at Garrisk before heading down to the Infirmary, hardly able to wait to see Virika up and about again. Yes, he had seen her a lot in the last four months, but seeing her lying in a bed just wasn't the same as being able to hold her and walk with her.
He wasn't sure where David was, which was surprising. His younger brother never strayed too far from Alexandria these days, so having no idea where the boy was a little disconcerting. But maybe he was just down in the dining hall getting something to eat.
Garrisk padded closely beside His, growling at anyone who came too close to the little human His was carrying.

Virika was beginning to get impatient. The nurses wouldn't let her leave without an escourt, and Garrik hadn't shown up yet. She was eager to be leaving the Infirmary. She just wanted to leave, after four months, and she didn't want to come back any time soon.
Thinking of that caused her to think about what the doctor had told her that morning. She didn't want to think about it, but at the same time how could she not? The doctor had told her quite explicitly that she shouldn't get pregnant again. It could result in another bad pregnancy, another bad labor. And, if it was particularly bad, it could result in something even worse for Virika.
She shook her head, clearing it. At the same time she noticed someone standing in the doorway. She looked over and noticing David there, holding a handful of wildflowers. She smiled at him, but was confused. Was he here by himself?
"Hey David. What's up?" She asked gently.
He smiled bashfully at her, holding out the small bouqet. "I picked these for you." He explained. "To welcome you out of the hospital." He continued.
