IC Date: Week of Sept. 30th, 2012 IC Time: Noon [/u][/center] Nakia had been watching her precious Green/Gold closely, and had noticed the signs of her rising days before the actual event. And she had used that time to prepare for the wonderful event. A mating flight! Nakia was more excited now than she had ever been. Well, perhaps with the exception of Isath's maiden flight. Isath had been napping for a few hours, and the chimera's bright green hide had begun to glow gold. Just like the first time. But Nakia was not a fool. She knew that was only one indicator, and so she quietly approached the sleeping dragon. She laid her hand on the chimera dragon's hide and felt the feverish temperature. Nakia grinned, running over to her door and throwing it open. That was a good enough sign to the other riders that she was there. And besides, if they couldn't find her, what chance did their dragon have with Isath? Not much, if Nakia had any say to it. Nakia then hurried back to the divider, listening closely, waiting for Isath to wake and rise. And she didn't have to wait long. Only a few moments after Nakia was thrown open the door, Isath was awake. Her eyes glowed a dangerous shade of red, with a few hints of lustful purple, and she screeched for all the Weyr to hear her. She was a glorious female, and she would rise NOW! Nakia squealed with excitement, but kept her mind firmly in Isath's. She had to make sure the green didn't eat the meat of her kills, which Isath was descending to the feeding pens at that moment. Nakia imposed her will on the glorious chimera, and with another feral screech, Isath only blooded her kill. Nakia took a stance in the middle of the room, waiting for the suitors, and let herself be absorbed by Isath's lust. And lust Isath did. She blooded a total of three cows before she backed off, spreading her wings and screeching to the males again. She was the most glorious female at Rocky, and the males had better know it. And she was rising now, and she demanded the males listen to her call. Chimera Isath rises! Males, come to me!

She rises!
Ryath did not even need to specify which she it was. S'tor had been eyeing Isath for the last few days, the gold in her brightening as she approached her time. As Ryath launched into the sky, the brownrider...brown*rider* now, finally no longer a weyrling, made his way to the weyr of the woman he almost, sort of, not quite loved.
He could not let himself fully love her, of course. And he could not think of that right now. Isath might not choose Ryath, and Ryath's wanting of her was dragonlust, pure and simple and without complications. Yet, underneath it all. He walked to her weyr, he slipped inside as the wind caught Ryath's wings. The green-gold was special...she was pretty, and even S'tor's dislike of chimeras had been subsumed under his own interest in Nakia.
Isath was the dragon Ryath wanted, and he roared challenge to anyone who would dare try to take her away from him.

T'riel & Bronze Heironeoth Ever since coming to Earth, T'riel have been fascinated with the chimera dragons. It was surely something that would not occur in Pern. He wondered how they came about. As he strolled in the hallways trying to get to his weyr, he saw a door open. He was about to pass it by when he heard a screech of challenge. He knew that sound, it was the sound of a dragon about to rise. He'd never had a chance to let Heironeoth participate in a flight. T'riel wasn't sure if he would pass on his fear of heights to his dragon when their minds merged during the flight. He hoped that Heironeoth didn't hear the call so that he wouldn't have to find out.
Meanwhile, Heironeoth had indeed heard the call. Like his rider, he was intrigued by the so-called chimera dragons. He wondered why such dragons have come up on Earth but not on Pern. But such ruminations must be put aside for dragon-lust was rising upon him and instinct was taking over. With a hop, he launched himself off of his weyr ledge and glided down to the Feeding Grounds. He had seen the golden glow of Isath blooding three cows and like her, he had also blooded his kills. He wasn't sure what animal he had blooded, but they had been sufficient in satiating his need for blood to last the flight. He'd already seen and heard a brown answering Isath's call. Licking his lips, he told His, Isath Rises, Mine. It was all that was needed to be said as he launched himself after Isath with a roar, in answer to her mating call and to let others know that he has joined the flight.

Einherjath had hardly ever shared his machinations with his rider. The dragon was a secret-keeper, and is seemed to amuse him. So when he ambled to the edge of his weyrledge, shifting and stretching his wings, they paid him no mind.
L'iyr was leaning against the wall nearby the brown, on the ledge, a book cracked open and held in one hand. he seemed torn between studying the words on the paper ahead of him, but something kept distracting him, and he found himself tracking the movements of the herdbeasts down in the bowl below.
A'gar was inside their part of the weyr, fidgeting and unable to sit still. He was getting frustrated with his attempts at fixing Ein's riding straps, and eventually threw them to the table with a snarl and ran his hands through his dirty-blonde hair.
Einherjath laughed at them both. I'm going to chase Isath. he declared, flicking his wings out and perching on the edge of his ledge. Then he gave a roar of approval and dove off the ledge, sweeping into the 'bowl with a thunder of wings and a prideful arch to his neck. He landed, swept a paw out and tore down a caprine, then two more, biting into them with a bloodlust unusual to his normally aloof personality.
It seemed to click to both riders at the same time. A'gar tore out after the brown far too late, screaming a command for the brown to blood only. L'iyr seemed shellshocked, but tore himself free of the blurred double-vision with his-their- dragon and shook his head.
"He's flying. Chasing a green- a gold?" L'iyr tried to figure this out, but already, his mind was straying to the girl he associated with that green-gold dragon. Nakia.
A'gar blinked, and growled softly, a guttural order for L'iyr to back off. The dark-haired rider just smiled, spread his hands, and backed into their weyr. A'gar seemed to accept this as a gesture of submission but- he heard the door open. The blonde swore, loudly, and followed as fast as he could, determined not to let him get to Nakia first.
It was a challenge, then. A competition.
Einherjath just pulled his muzzle away from the kills he'd blooded, and jumped into the air after Isath. Einherjath chases, Isath! He announced, roaring again his dual challenge and assertion of his intent to chase the pretty little chimera. The other brown, the bronze? They didn't factor into his thoughts at all, not while he had an eyeful of gold rosettes on emerald hide...

Sennia and Brown Seeth Seeth had moved only rarely in the last several weeks. He moved enough to stay fit, and moved enough to retrieve food, but other than that, he remained on the couch in thier weyr, alone but for his Rider and her annoying firelizard. Sennia had to threaten him in order to make him move, and for once it took longer than usual to do it. Either way, it was extremely bad luck that he heard Isath's call. Seeth hated to Chase, and he had since coming here found his mate; it was Crucith, not Isath, that he was bound to. But either way, he would give Chase to this one....he had no choice in that matter. Draconic instincts such as these were far to strong to resist sucessfully. Snarling angrilly, he rushed out the dragon opening, letting himself fall through the air before forcing his wings open, growling as unused muscles stretched once again. He betweened to the Feeding Grounds, refusing to waste time in what was undoubtably an already won Flight. He knew of Ryath, and the "love" thier riders shared. He hissed, eyes much more angry than they were lustful. seeth hated being forced into this, but he could not bacl out. Instead, he just pounced on some herdbeasts and blooded them. I will Chase, he hissed to the Chimera. Chimeras. He shared Eturynth's view of them; they were unwanted freaks. But he had to admit, Isath was a striking creature. She was beautiful in a rather exotic kind of way. Sennia had been almost as lazy as Seeth. She had not seen many lately, which was not very unusual, since she knew virtually no one here. And yes, she knew she should be more outgoing, but she was shy. Sennia knew what would happen before Seeth did. She, too, had seen Isath's intensifying glow over the last few days. Secretly she hoped that he would Chase, and maybe win. He was still, after all, grovelling after the most sadistic Green ever known. He need another. Needless to say, she was ready when the call was issued. Almost before her Brown had left, she was walking out the door toward Nakia. Soon she slipped into the girl's room, and stood, gazing at her intensely.

Isath looked around her at the four gorgeous males that had chosen to chase. She gave them a draconic grin as she hummed slightly. Her wings extended already, Isath had only to leap into the wind, and then take her place in the skies over the Weyr. Which she did, of course. With a single leap, Isath's wingsails filled with wind and she was off. Heading for the clouds to the west of the Weyr, not yet looking back to see if her Chasers had followed. She was reveling in the feeling of the cool air against her fevered hide. Plus she wanted her chasers to work to get her attention. With a single roar, the chase was on! Nakia found herself grinning like the Cheshire cat as the riders of the chasing males entered her room. She saw three of the four riders, arching a brow as she wondered where the last rider was. But it didn't matter. They would get here soon, and in the meantime Nakia thought she would tempt the others. She saw S'tor there, and gave him her most seductive smile. But there was also the new bronze rider, whose name she didn't know. He seemed to be feeling slightly awkward, so she passed him over. And then she got a surprise. A woman, Sennia, was here as well? Nakia could have laughed from the fun of a flight, if it had not been at that exact moment that Isath and Nakia became one in mind.

And Ryath was going to give it his best. For now, he ignored the other chasers, climbing after the gold-laced green as she rose into the sky. Climbing after her, rising into the skies.
S'tor...part of his dragon now, painful desire flowing through him. Competition was in his mind...the new bronzerider and, ugh, one of the female brownriders, then that disgust was overwhelmed by Ryath's lust and confidence. Nobody was going to beat him to his lovely female, to the one he wanted and would pursue with all that was in him. After all, S'tor-Ryath had already claimed her once, and S'tor alone had claimed her, and she was his, surely.
She was everything he wanted and dreamed of, everything he desired. There could be no other female, no other mattered, and surely...oh. Ryath knew he had *this* flight in the bag, even with his rider's reason...but S'tor wanted Nakia for himself, by himself, dragonlust only intensifying what was already there, already present. Already...denied at other times, what he felt for her. Not wanting to admit that he could be attracted to such a woman and her bizarre mutated dragon.
In the throes of lust, though, he could not even talk. He could do nothing but stare at her.

T'riel & Bronze Heironeoth T'riel shook his head trying to deny Heironeoth's statement. But dragon-lust was already affecting him through his dragon. Much as he didn't want to, Heironeoth had committed themselves to this flight. Silently in the back of his head, T'riel dearly hoped that his fear would not interfer with Heironeoth's flying. Reluctantly, T'riel stepped into the weyr with the opened doorway. He had already seen a couple of men and even a woman going inside. Taking a deep breath, he took his place among those that would be vying for the female rider. He was so new to the place that he didn't even know her name, and yet, he has never quite seen a lovely vision of beauty as he beheld the female rider of the rising dragon. Silently T'riel thought, It wouldn't be so bad if she chooses me.
Heironeoth had been quick to learn the names of the dragons when he and His had arrived at Rocky Weyr. He may not have talked to them personally yet, but being a Bronze meant that one day, he and His might become the next Weyrleader. Of course, that ambition had gotten into a snag when His have yet to overcome His fear of heights. But with that mating call, such things slipped from his mind, as he and His merged minds to become one during the flight. He didn't mind being one among many. This was his first time participating in a flight and if it should happen that Isath chooses someone else, Heironeoth would not begrudge her choice of mate. But that didn't mean that he wouldn't do his very best in being the one that she chose to mate with, this time around. With a pump of his wings, he was off after Isath's golden glowing beauty. He didn't let himself be distracted with the other males that chose to chase after her. He focused himself on making sure that he was ever near her intriguingly beautiful green-gold hide. The heat of his exertion coming off of him, in waves. He thrilled a call at her, letting her know where he was, that he was right behind her, that she did have a choice of choosing him should she ever want to.

Other suitors- beneath him. Einherjath had eyes only for the green-gold creature shining brightly as a beacon in front of him. The brown returned her playful grin with one of his own, as close as a dragon could ever come to a confident smirk.
Isath would be his, if he had any say in it. He leaped into the air after her, broad wings levying him up into the air swiftly; though, perhaps, not as swiftly as the others. The red-brown, the bronze, they were ahead, and he simply angled out of the way to assure he could have his place in Isath's wake. With a thrum of excitement, challenge, he sped after the lovely creature intent on leading them all. If he won, he won, but the glory was not in the victory, no, but in the proving in the chase. Then again... a bit of a darker tone appeared to sneak into his temper and he narrowed his gaze. Isath was worth a little bit of daring, wasn't she... perhaps, when the time was right. For now, he merely stretched his wings and reveled in the tension of his muscles and the crisp snap of the air beneath his wings.
And as for his riders? Well. Einherjath's mixed temperment was completely linked with theirs. The dragon's emotions bled into the two men, but just as easily... it worked in reverse. A'gar's thrill at a challenge, L'iyr's fondness of a bit of flair...
L'iyr made it to Nakia's weyr easily- he was far faster than the blonde man behind him. For a moment he simply stared at Nakia, a slow, calculating smile creeping across his face, but he was wise enough to step aside as A'gar joined him. The taller man shook his hair from his eyes and near growled a challenge to L'iyr. But the darker-haired man shook his head, ignoring him completely and simply watching Nakia with his breath hitching in his throat. Already they were too deep in Einherjath's lust to try to reason. A'gar swept his gaze over the competitors, but eventually he too fell back into the ages-old pattern of just focusing on Nakia.
Now THIS had to be something of a surprise. Four dragons. Five riders. And it was completely clear that it would take Nakia and her alone to convince either of Einherjath's to leave- neother of them was going to relent in their own chase, and if by some Miracle Einherjath won? Well. A choice to be made, wasn't it. (Or perhaps she'd like them both, who could say? Neither knew Nakia quite well enough to tell, and frankly, at the moment, neither cared.)
Iasth flew, and Einherjath chased. That was all that mattered.

Isath growled, taking a look back to see who had followed. Ryath was there, of course, as was the second brown, who was ridden by two riders if Nakia's memory was accurate. It appaeared that Seeth had fallen behind, but that could easily be a ploy for the dark brown. And the bronze. The bronze was the only one who had drawn attention to himself; the only one that had tried to catch her attention. The bronze was the only one she was pleased with, at the moment. Isath angled upwards, beating her wings quickly to outpace her suitors. Now would be the time to see what they can do. To see what they would be willing to do, to earn her favor. So Isath rose upwards, speeding along, until she leveled out and slowed down. Now, what to make her suitors do, she asked herself. She decided to let them choose. And why not? They were chasing her, which meant they believed themselves worthy of her. So why not prove it? Males, show me what makes you the best!Nakia watched her own suitors, her interest peaked as two more riders entered the room. A'gar and L'iyr. Oh, she smiled, and it was a smile that held so much cunning in it. So, she woulde have a chance at them whether they wanted it or not, she thought to herself. And perhaps it would cause a little more fun during this flight. The chasers had been pretty much boring, thus far. Yes, let's see who would get jealous, she thought to herself. She knew S'tor wanted her, probably a lot more than he dared admit to. And she seriously wondered what he would do if she showed interest in another, over him. It was worth the curiosity... With a blatantly flirtatious smile Nakia sauntered up to the double brownriders. She was watching S'tor out of the corner of her eye, but she didn't dare look directly at him. It would ruin the whole plan. Instead, she focused on A'gar and L'iyr. Not doing anything, yet. Just waiting and watching, and hopeing for some fun.

She...S'tor could not stand to see Nakia preferring others, but he forced it down. You did not start fights in the female's weyr during a flight and she was as much Isath as Nakia right now, he as much Ryath as S'tor.
Ryath snarled at his rivals, reflecting his rider's moves, reflecting the energy that flowed between dragon and man, but pursuing her. Pursuing her nonetheless, and shifting the angle of his flight. She called for no stunts or tricks, so he crossed under her, making sure she saw his best side. Or, to be more precise, both his sides. And his belly. Showing her just what a strong young brown he was, reminding her of what she had once before claimed. See. See what he had to offer. He snarled again at the others, almost daring them to come too close, daring them to set him off, wishing almost for firestone and for fire.
No. She was the only fire he needed right now, as brilliant as one, and every bit as desirable. The brown *sought* and desired.

Einherjath nearly laughed, the request of the green-gold star amused him so. The best? Clearly you jest, my priceless one. He purred, casting his voice out in a mellow, near-disinterested tone. How could any of us be near as precious as you? Here, here it was. Einherjath was aiming to seduce her with his charms, rather than brute strength. He didn't flip and fancy moves to impress her, merely stretched his wings to full extension and tilted into a steep cutting dive that poured on speed- then, a moment later he folded his wings in, rolled in a tight spiral, and changed directions abruptly, so that when he snapped his wings open again, he was arced up in a path that took him sweeping over Isath's head as he tumbled to regain level flight. He couldn't help the bugle of pride and thrill at the maneuver, flicking a glance back at Isath to gauge her reaction.
The glimmer of green in his red-violet eyes was clearly enough a smirk. He was enjoying this, far less competitive than it appeared some of his suitors were- Isath was worth the effort though, and for her? Anything.
Ryath's snarl got an answering growl of challenge- a taunt, and a dare. Einherjath had no fear in the skies today. He rolled again, this time bringing himself perilously close to Isath, a draconic smirk evident on his face as he dared to push the boundaries.
The dragon's growl was mimicked by L'iyr, as he caught s'tor's gaze. The dark-haired man was the dragon's confidence and daring- and he reached forward just slightly enough to brush one finger along Nakia's cheek. Stupid, yes, and nearly unthinkable in the manner of flights, but it was a chaste move, and he ended up backing away at the last second, never quite touching Nakia at all. The implication was the interesting part, the tease, and he felt it as much as Einherjath felt his need to prove himself, to impress, to taunt Ryath, L'iyr was pushing his own luck by testing the limits.
A'gar merely breathed heavily, trying to control the same thing the dragons felt, the pressing need to stake a claim, make a challenge. Nakia was .... captivating, and he couldn't quite take his eyes off her...especially as she focused her attention on him. No, them. They were practically mirroring eachother, for her, and A'gar couldn't help but half-reaching for her, pulling back as if burned as whatever was left of the human part of him remembered he didn't dare.
(9Sorry if this is disjointed- I am a little sleep deprived.))

T'riel & Bronze Heironeoth Heironeoth didn't immediately do anything to get Isath's attention after her voiced challenge. Despite ignoring the other males that chased after Isath, he let them go first and exhibit whatever they wished to do to impress the lovely form of Isath. After two browns had done their best to impress themselves upon Isath, there was just the other left. However, Heironeoth didn't fancy being the last, so he made his move.
Being bonded to His had meant he curtailed his flying prowess, however, having joined the mating flight, it seemed His didn't seem to mind the flying sensation and wasn't interfering with Heironeoth's ability to fly. And so, despite his big size, Heironeoth decided to do some aerobatic displays.
With a roar of challenge against the other males, Heironeoth dipped down under Isath and glided underneath her. Then with a tip of his wings, he shot upwards, like a blue, agile and swift, despite his size. After peaking up in the sky and well ahead of the others, he folded his wings, and twirled downwards falling from the sky. Heironeoth reveled in the freedom to fly and he crooned towards Isath as he passed her while he fell. Letting her know of his prowess, showing her what he can do, as he snapped his wings open and pulled up just before he neared the tops of the trees. He did an inverted loop, going around Isath and others and finally, leveled out his wings to glide on the air currents. He thrilled at Isath as he told her, Well my Golden Beauty. Surely that counts as something to think about. His mindvoice excited and triumphant with exhilaration. Heironeoth was ecstatic after that thrilling flight maneuver and hoped that it would be enough to impress Isath.
Meanwhile down on the ground, T'riel felt glad that his fear of heights hadn't interfered and prevented Heironeoth from flying. He had edged closer towards the lovely female, dragonlust making him want to touch her but managing to stop himself from doing so. He was almost passive as he felt Heironeoth do all those flight manuevers. He may not be doing exactly the same things as Heironeoth, but his interest for the female was not less nonetheless. His glazed passion-heated eyes and evident lust was evidence as he eyed the green-eyed beauty. However, like Heironeoth, his skin felt heated from the dragonlust, and surely can be felt by everyone present.

Nakia frowned as she noticed S'tor's lack of reaction. She wanted to see what he would do! She had wanted him to make a fuss, to start a fight. This flight simply wasn't much fun right now. And even though L'iyr had reached out and pretended to touch her, and A'gar had denied himself from reaching out to her, she wanted more. She stepped a little closer to L'iyr, her signature smile on her face. She leaned in, giving him little glances from under her lashes, before pressing a small kiss to his cheek. Then she danced backwards, back to the center of the room. Where she was the center of attention. Isath showed Einherjath a little bit of extra attention, herself. His maneuver was something, and it had caught her eye. But mostly she wanted the same as Nakia; to see what the other males would do if she showed one favor. As Einherjath was getting closer to her, daring Ryath, Isath aligned herself beneath him so their wings touched with every downstroke. But she remained there only a moment before zipping forward and leaving her suitors to follow. But she was growing tired, and she knew the games were soon to end. She had enough in her for her suitors to try one more attempt to impress her. But then she would need to choose. Ryath was impressive in and of himself, a brown that Isath would happily choose. Einherjath was charming, and daring with his maneuver's. And last, Heironeoth was as agile as a blue. Which was certainly interesting. Isath, as she twirled absently in the air, wondered about what else to ask of her suitors. She didn't want a show of strength; no, that was too over done by the greens. She wanted something different. And she decided on a simply revision of her earlier demand. Males, what is it that makes you worthy of one so glorious as I?!

T'riel & Bronze Heironeoth Heironeoth heard Isath's question and he pondered a bit. What else could he offer to her? Heironeoth thought as he pumped his wings to keep up with the lovely Isath. What was it about him that was unique? The only thought that came to his mind was his ambition, that and his colorful hide. He was vain enough to think himself a most majestic looking Bronze. This time, he didn't wait for the others to voice out their opinions. After all, they might also have the same thought as he did.
With a thrill and a croon, he answered her as he once more glided underneath her. His wings almost brushing against her glorious hide. Well, Your Majesty, I think that being a Bronze, I can more easily make the other Bronzes obey your every command. And besides that, Your Glorious Beauty and my Stunning looks should make for a Gorgeous looking pair. Heironeoth said as he glided. And now, he was well ahead of the others, and he stopped pumping his wings to let Isath once more be in front of him.
Meanwhile, on the ground, T'riel had gotten closer to the female. He was now more in tune with Heironeoth. He mimicked what Heironeoth said, "Well, Your Majesty, I think that being a Bronze, I can more easily make the other Bronzes obey your every command. And besides that, Your Glorious Beauty and my Stunning looks should make for a Gorgeous looking pair." T'riel said to crowd within the room but his eyes never left the female rider. As Heironeoth glided past Isath, T'riel also trailed a caress towards the female rider's arm, barely touching her skin, but the heat of his passing caress must surely have been felt by her. After that demonstration, T'riel once more stepped back to be among those that vied for the female's consideration.

How could she even consider anyone other than him. Arrogance flowed through Ryath's wings, through his tail, through every part of his body.
Through his mindvoice as he responded to her. You know me, you know who I am, you know what I can do. Why did he need to impress her? They had mated before, and she knew full well the strength he carried within him, the strength of feeling between their riders that flowed through him and informed him.
S'tor...T'riel was too close, too *close* to her...and had he not stepped back when he did, there might well have been conflict between brownrider and bronze. Anger flowing through to mingle with his lust.
She was his. These others were just inconveniences, just in the way, and she would choose him. She had to. They belonged together, together in the sky, together on the Earth. Together. He would never have dared to use, or even think, the word love, but it was there in his mind and feelings.

((Its been a week, and I want to get this flight over with. Sorry, Red, for not waiting for you.)) Nakia felt T'riel's touch, and gasped at the seeming electric shock she got from it. Trembling, because she knew Isath was going to choose her mate now, Nakia twirled around to take another look at those who were waiting for her decision. And she already knew who Isath would choose. With a flirtatious grin Nakia turned, watching the males. They knew she knew who was going to win. Isath listened to the bronze and Ryath. The bronze had a very tempting arguement. They would indeed make a gorgeous pair. But Isath was not vain in the sense that she would pick only the pretty male. And Ryath was confident. Confident beyond what a normal brown would be when challenged by a bronze. And the confidence is what endeared him to Isath. Brown Seeth had never caught up with their group, so there wasn't much to comment on him. And it seemed that brown Einherjath didn't want to perform for her. Which caused Isath to lose all interest in him. Such a pity, she had had high hopes for him... With a bugle and a fold of her wings, Isath began to drop from the sky. At the same time she sent an image of Ryath to the males, letting them know who had won her flight. And who had the right to claim her. Nakia, while still smiling at the other riders, backed up so that she was within arms reach of S'tor. Even though her back was to him, and backing up until she was pressed against him, Nakia wrapped her arms around his neck. "The rest of you, out." Was all she said, her blue green eyes finding S'tor's blue grey eyes with need and desire.

T'riel & Bronze Heironeoth
Heironeoth was disappointed at not being able to impress Isath. But, this was his first time participating in a flight and there will be others that he can join. With a flip of his wings, he dived down to take a swim in the lake. He wanted to slake his lust out of his by swimming in the cool waters.
T'riel snapped out of his merge with Heironeoth as he felt the bronze's disappointment. With a step backwards, he left the room in a hurry. He barely heard the female rider telling the others to get out of her room. Like Heironeoth, he wanted to take a cold shower to get the lust out of his blood. Hopefully, he won't encounter some female on the way to his weyr.

And Ryath, reaching to claim his green-gold prize once more. S'tor's arms sliding around the woman he loved. The rest had better get out and fast, dragon and man completely one in their desires...and completely oblivious to anything else.
Anyone who got in between him and Nakia now would be hurt, but there was no one to get in the way...there was only her, her and her dragon and his dragon and the fall in the wide sky and...nothing more until the morning.
