Appearance: At first glance, Hy'ka is certainly a manly character. He's of an average height, and his originally short dark brown hair has grown out to reach his shoulders. On being already a man, he's started to grow a small stubble to fit his hair. His soft face is only marred by the stubble, but just around his chin and the sides of his face. His skin is a dark shade. Hy'ka's eyes are dark green, and are usually wide and inviting. Hy'ka favorite clothes to wear are his brown tunics and matching tan pants. His clothes are too big for him, and quite baggy, but he doesn't mind. It makes it that much easier to take them off. ;]

Personality: Easy-going, Demanding, Compulsive, Bisexual

Biography: Hy'ka was born to a Greenrider and her homosexual partner, a female bluerider. The greenrider's dragon had been caught by a brownrider in the season past, on account of the bluerider's dragon being injured. When the blue dragon was well again, he continued to win the Flights of the green, and both partners agreed to raise the child as their own. As a result, the already boy-ish bluerider took to dressing more and more like a man. It wasn't until Hyliikadan was 12 turns when his parents told him what had happened. Since then, Hy'ka hasn't really cared much for sexuality. His experience with his homosexual parents opened him up to both genders.

Pets: Brown Firelizard Kivral (#442003)

Kivral is an average, fully grown brown flit. He is slightly darker than most, looking nearly black during the night and darker days. Kivral is a very aloof, playful flit; often times flying around the Weyr and observing everything without landing or coming near when called. But he loves to play, especially tag with the other firelizards. At the same time he is reliable. If you ask Kivral to do something, you can be assured he will do so and he will do it well.

And for his dragon, I was toying with the possibility of he/she being a hermaphrodite, basically the opposite of Halderoth. Essentially the dragon would be classified as male or female, depending on what color it was, but it would both Rise and Chase. And I guess Clutch too, when you think about it. :/ Or it could be sterile. And as for color, if he/she were to be one color, then a color of the opposite gender could be... like mixed in.. Like a brown with a tinge of green. Or something. Just throwing it out there.

Brynath is a normal looking blue dragonette, until seen in the bright light of a sunny day. Then you can see a hint of green in his hide. A little odd, but nothing to worry about. Truthfully, Brynath is a hermaphradite; in other words he is both male and female, although classified as a male because of his obvious blue hide. This defect is the reason the ambitious and tolerant dragonette was sent to Rocky Weyr. Brynath understands other's curiousity to the phenomenon that is he, and tolerates that curiousity.
He is capable of Rising and Chasing, but his female half is sterile, so he cannot clutch, but he can sire a clutch.
