History: Taylor was born on on earth to a large family that was predominately female. In truth, he and his father were the only men in his family of eight. He had five older sisters, all pains in the ass and all overly protective of their little brother. If that wasn't funny enough, Tay easily towered over them all by the time he was twelve years old. His parents loved to tease their daughters about their "giant" brother which led to many comical situations between the siblings.

As any boy did, Taylor liked to explore. He lived in a relatively rural city with lots of land surrounding it. During one of his adventures, with a picnic in hand, he ran into a small clutch of eggs. Actually, he tripped and barely missed face-planting into the little pile. There were only five eggs and they looked kind if like bird eggs but Tay had never heard of birds nesting on the ground before (except ostriches but the eggs would have to be insanely bigger). He remained near the nest, hoping that the mother would return.

She didn't, but that didn't matter because one of the eggs began Hatching. Taylor didn't know what to do and when a little green dragon emerged from the egg, he most certainly did not know what to do. His first notion was to feed it, but when he did, the little baby decided it liked Taylor and refused to leave him afterward even though he spent about an hour trying to make it leave him alone.

Finally, he gave up and carried the little alien, which would later become her name, home. Unfortunately for him and Alien, when they arrived home, they walked in on his sister having a large slumber party. By the next morning, everyone knew about "The Alien" Taylor Stone had found. His parents were quite busy fighting off reporters, but they were did not stop a very tall man from speaking to Taylor privately when he showed his 'fire-lizard' to them.

After speaking to F'lar, Taylor decided to go with him though he only wanted to learn more about these fire-lizards. That meant Alien wasn't exactly an alien...

So, with his parents' permission, Tay left with the dragonrider and arrived on Pern. However, he did not Impress immediately and had to wait for the next Hatching, but during that time, he was able to learn more about life at a Weyr. (He certainly didn't mind learning about Flightlust... >> At the next Hatching, Taylor was extremely surprised to see a large Bronze making a bee-line straight for him. Then the Hatchling announced his name as Ayrayith and told Taylor to feed him.

The pair would have remained on Pern, but it was quickly realized that Ayrayith would not be any help on Pern and was sent to the Weyr on earth. Now there, Taylor hopes his precious dragon will be of some help where they now live.

Personality: Ayrayith is a normal bronze dragonet, except that he cannot ingest firestone. Having tried it in Pern and thrown it back up, many of the other Riders and Weyrlings were confused. When it was apparent that he would be useless in fighting Thread a great debate was taken up. Some Holds were willing to foster him and bring the bronze dragonet to their lands. Riders wanted the bronze to stay and Chase the Queens. The Common folk of Pern didn't want to have to support a dragon that was unable to fight Thread. So, after much much debate, they were sent home to Earth. Rocky Weyr was chosen until Ayrayith would be a full grown dragon. He is devoted and flirty. He loves Taylor and is very defensive and protective of the boy, but when around golds he will press the suit that is entitled to him by being a bronze. Not rude in his flirting, but he flirts shamelessly.

Also, she is fairly intrigued with the color white, and loves to play with anything that consists of the color. At the same time she is a possesive flit with anything that is white or sparkles, especially little trinkets that she can carry with her.
