History: Retired for two years then called back because she was considered perfect for this assignment. Her job is now similar to Fredricks. She works with civil disturbances the Dragons cause...She is the one who says the Rising and Chasing are hot air balloons and that the loud noises from the top of the mountain are actually...well they haven't figured that one out yet.but they are getting there!
