History: Tahli came to Earth from Pern after her Weyr banished her. They sent her away after realizing her dragon, Relanth, could not chew firestone without being sick. This made him ineffective at fighting Thread. The pair had a long ride to Earth, but are hoping to start anew. Darwin was impressed Early September 2009, Relanth in Mid September 2009.
Also, Relanth has an acute fear of Thread. Whether it counted as a defect could not be determined on Pern. A dragon with a fear of Thread could not effectively fight it.

(373DE9) Blue Relanth: Relanth was a timid dragon back on Pern, where Thread fell heavily. Now that he is on Earth, his true nature shines through. He is more happy-go-lucky and loves to play. When he feels that himself or Tahli is threatened, however, he can be rather fierce. He's about the size of an adult blue right now, meaning he'll be about as big as a small brown at maturity. No one can understand why he's bigger than normal blues. Relanth loves to swim and do aerial acrobatics.
(7B4013) Brown Darwin - Darwin is a sweet, timid firelizard. He's happy to meet new creatures and people, and displays most of his affection through affectionate nuzzling. However, if another creature were to show any displeasure with him, he would be quick to submit and cower into Tahli's embrace, afraid of any form of conflict.
