IC Date and time in RP threads

Okay I might as well create a new thread for this. I would like to suggest that we incorporate IC Dates into our RP threads. It doesn't have to be specific to the day, but having a month and year would be great.

I will admit that I am sometimes baffled with when the RP is actually occurring. For example, the Storm Plot, I not sure when that is occurring IC wise, but Guin is also attending the Candidate Lesson that I am assuming is happening months after the Storm Plot. I am also assuming that the Candidate Lesson is being held months or weeks before Samarsk's run. Having a definite time table to go on would be very helpful.

Even mentioning whether the time of the day an RP is occuring whether it is morning, noon, afternoon, or evening would be very helpful especially with my character Guin. He is supposed to be a night owl and I can't have him joining RPs that are supposed to be happening in the middle of the day since he's supposed to be sleeping at those times. XD That's also why I have Guin yawning in the Candidate Lesson since he is supposed to be going to bed when he saw the notice and decided to show up at the lesson which I assume is being held some time in the late morning (9 am -11 am) or some time after lunch (1 pm - 3 pm).

The new lesson is happening in the current IC date which is about halfway into march. The 20th i believe. the storm happened in Janurary, after reynas clutch. i dont recall the exact dates but tomorrow i plan to tell such when i get to the computer.

Um, wait, The Storm Plot happened in January 2011? But the Storm Plot thread was started in May 8 which I remember is supposed to have an IC date of Nov, 7 2010. The Storm Plot thread never actually moved on until recently. I remember the IC date because that's the date I have for Zeus' Impression Date. But yeah, you didn't close Reyna's Hatching Thread until recently which was already in IC Date of February 13, 2011. Although FYI, it is now supposed to be March 13, 2011. It will be March 27, 2011 this coming Sunday.

The Storm plot definitely started in November. I distinctly remember that. It was around September IC, and Faizah mentioned something about a storm. :/

But anyway, as of now it really looks like this suggestion would help. |D But of course, if our plots actually went somewhere then we wouldn't have this problem. :V I'm kinda like Reine in that I would forget... Or just completely disregard it. >>

I've been attempting to put a timestamp in the new threads I created, but I can't guarantee I'll remember. But it DOES help me to figure out things like how old the characters are, what they'd be wearing, etc. Especially for the wherhandlers...

Well, to kind of solve some the problem with regards to IC Dates, I made a thread called Record of Events & IC Dates. But I only have threads of events that have been posted in the Calendar. But at least, it gives us an approximate IC Date of when threads are occurring IC-wise based on the RL date that they were created. But still, having IC Dates and IC Time would be very helpful in my opinion.
