Well, since I havent got that much experience RPing DRoP, I think Faizah should be convinced to get a Headwoman to take care of all that. At the same time I want to cause some drama, so here's my thoughts.
Its been a long few months since the hatching... Faizah is feeing run down and such, and she's somewhat ill as is due to anemia, even though the majority of the weyr doesnt know that. So maybe its been an especially stressful and/or hectic day, and she ends up passing out or something. She wakes up in the infirmiry, maybe given a transfusion to be on the safe side and told to cut down on her workload.
Faizah would still be involved in getting supplies and such for the weyr, but essentially someone else would be considered headwoman and handling all the big jobs.
Anyone up to it?
