a conundrum

Howdy all!

i believe that is is about time for Quith to Rise. She is one of the last Greens of her gen. not to, and i really want to post with her. but she is blind, so i dont know how exactly to go about it.

Could she be like the blind males and use her flitter buddy? Should she have a Run instead? I really have no idea...

So i ask for any ideas or suggestions from the general populous of Rocky. What should i dooooo?!?

I believe a Run would be just as dangerous if she's blind. Perhaps the flitter is the best bet, but perhaps you could try having the Green stay withen her rider's sight so that her rider can see for her. I don't know if it would work, but it's the best I have at the moment.

I know Aricoth used Luna for a bit, but as he gets older, I'm actually having him learn how to 'feel' his way around via feeling the air currents, vibrations, things like that. Maybe sense of smell... But I figure this would only come into play when he and Ku'rt are closely linked, and otherwise heightening his senses. Yah. You could do something like that. :/

No really though... Quith could be more sensitive to changes in the air and around her, because she's blind. Like how deaf people can feel vibrations, and changes in vibrations and whatnot.

Phazzy brings a good point. That would be something that the blind draggies could develop. She's only about 1 yr? Almost 2? I think for her first flight a flitter guide would be the best way to go.
